Effective 9 October 2026 · website & mobile app

01 who we are

The 432 Collective is a music-network project based in India. It is not yet registered as a company. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the people operating The 432 Collective.

This policy covers the432collective.com, the 432 mobile app, and communications you send to us about these services. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It explains how we handle personal information when you discover artists and venues, create a profile, arrange a booking or contact the collective.

Privacy enquiries can be sent to admin@the432collective.com.

02 information we handle

The information involved depends on the features you use:

Serving the website, app and online assets also involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, request times and device or browser information by the relevant hosting and delivery providers.

Optional fields can be left blank. Information required for a feature must be provided for that feature to work.

03 why we use it

We use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate sign-ins, display profiles and listings, help artists and event curators find each other, coordinate bookings, display UPI details and payment reminders, deliver messages and notifications, and respond to enquiries. Notifications can relate to your own bookings or relevant open bookings. Activity and booking insights relate to your own use and interactions in the app.

Information may also be needed to investigate misuse, protect accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, we must obtain it for the relevant processing. This policy itself does not replace a consent request.

We do not run advertising or sell personal information. We do not share information for unrelated third-party marketing or advertising. Sharing needed for the app’s features and service providers is explained below.

04 what other people can see

Artist and venue profiles, listings and portfolio content are intended to be viewed by other users for discovery and booking. Booking requests, messages, relevant contact details and payment information are shared with the participants who need them for those interactions.

Uploaded portfolio and profile media can be served through publicly accessible links. Someone with a link may be able to view or share that material outside the app. Do not upload confidential documents or information you do not want others to see.

Other participants may keep their own copies of messages or booking information. Removing information from our service does not automatically remove copies independently held by another person or an external service.

05 services that help us operate

The services involved in delivering the current website and app include:

These providers process information needed to perform their respective services. Their systems may operate in India or other countries; this policy does not promise that all data remains in India. Any transfer must be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

We may disclose information where required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of users and the service, subject to applicable law.

External payment apps, app stores, maps, social platforms and portfolio sites operate under their own privacy policies when you use them.

06 the website and “tune in”

When you press “send” in the website’s “Tune In” form, your email address, name and message (if provided) are submitted to our website’s server and sent through Resend to admin@the432collective.com and 432admin@gmail.com so the team can respond. You do not need to open an email application. This form does not create an app account or subscribe you to a mailing list.

The form service does not save the contents of your enquiry to a website database or application log. Resend and our mailbox providers process the email, and correspondence remains in our contact inboxes. The service temporarily uses request and network information to limit misuse and avoid duplicate submissions. You can contact the team about deletion of your correspondence.

The current website code does not set first-party cookies, store form entries in browser storage or include an advertising tracker. External font and script requests still involve communication with their providers, as described above.

07 device storage, permissions & payments

The app stores session data and preferences on your device, including the active profile and onboarding choices. Where you enable saved sign-in, credentials may be retained in the device’s secure storage.

Photo, video and file-selection features access the material you choose to upload. Push notifications require the relevant device permission. You can change permissions in your device settings; disabling a permission may limit the associated feature.

Where biometric sign-in is available, the device’s operating system performs the biometric check. The app receives the authentication result rather than a copy of your face or fingerprint template.

We do not receive, hold or process payments. Artists can provide a UPI ID so the other party knows where to pay, and the app can send payment reminders. Where a UPI link opens another app, the payment takes place directly through that external provider. Do not send us UPI PINs, card security codes or banking passwords.

08 retention & deletion

Account information is used to provide the service while your account exists. You can request account deletion in the app’s settings or by emailing the team. Deleting a single profile may differ from deleting your entire account.

When your account is deleted, we delete its associated personal data, including uploaded media and backup copies under our control. We do not retain your account data after deletion.

Copies held independently by booking participants, your email provider or an external payment service are outside our direct control.

09 your choices & privacy enquiries

You can update available profile fields in the app, choose what optional content to provide and change device permissions. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or to raise a concern about its use.

We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. Please send your account email and a brief description of the request; do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Some requests may be subject to legal retention obligations or limits under applicable law. Withdrawing information or consent needed for a feature can prevent us from providing that feature.

We use access controls and security measures appropriate to the services involved. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10 children & young people

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children under 18. If you are under 18, do not create an account or submit personal information through the website or app.

If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will remove that information.

Parents or guardians with concerns can contact admin@the432collective.com.

11 changes to this policy

We will update this page when the services or our information practices change and show the revised date. Where a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. A new use of information is not authorised simply by posting a new version of this policy.
